Request account deletion

You can delete your PestPic account from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. That takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us.

If you no longer have the app installed, email Thepestpic@gmail.com from the Google account you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account.

Sending it from that account is what proves the request is yours, so we do not have to ask you for anything else. We will confirm by reply once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address attached to it
• Every diagnosis in your history, and the photos you uploaded with them
• The phone number and address you entered when contacting a pest control company

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What does not get deleted

Pest control companies you have already contacted received your request by email at the time you sent it. That mail is theirs, not ours, and deleting your account does not reach into their inbox. Contact the company directly if you want it removed.

We also keep records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
